Today we had the WALA performance. The guys have come all the way over from Ghana to share their disco dancing and music with us.

Making Patterns

In maths we are learning about patterns: we made different patterns with bead strings, blocks, lego, plastic animals and peg boards. Check out our learning:

Yesterday we learnt about bubbles in Room three, we talked about what they looked like and what they did. After we played with the bubbles we wrote about the bubbles.

Soccer - Game 2!

We have played our second game of soccer in the Witherlea School lunch time soccer tournament. We played One Direction (room 1) and we won 3 - 1! Congratulations room 3. Keep up the great work!

Three Billy Goats Gruff

This week we have been learning about the Three Billy Goats Gruff, one of the activities we did in class was to make up a puppet show about the story. The groups did a fantastic job making up their puppet show. 

Group 1 was Alex, Jai, Andrew, Xanthia and Harry

Group 2 was Chloe, Millie, Cooper and Denzel

 Group 3 was James, Izy, Lauren, Chey and Angus

Group 4 was Rab, Alice, Holly and Ned

Lunch time Soccer!

Every Tuesday and Thursday the Ferns and Punga Syndicates play soccer against the different classes. This week Room 3 played Room 5. Sadly we lost 4 - 0. But the kids played sooo well and showed great sportsmanship. Well done!
